Opening of Classes for SY 2015-2016

The Police Regional Office ARMM is ready for the Opening of the school classes starting June 1, 2015 and on succeeding dates by ensuring the safety of the students, teachers, parents, and the public as well.

Through PNP “Ligtas Balik-Eskwela 2015” campaign, OIC, PNP PDDG LEONARDO A ESPINA has directed all PNP Regional Offices and National Support Units to be alert and ready in responding to peace and order concerns including threats of criminal elements.

With the directives of OIC, PNP, this PRO ARMM will deploy police personnel regionwide during the opening of classes to conduct foot and mobile patrols along major routes / highways leading to all learning institutions and within the immediate vicinity of schools, aside from establishing Police Assistance Desk (PADs) where students and other individuals can report cases of bullying and other crimes.

The PRO will designate dedicated police personnel inside and outside school premises to address bullying in coordination with the school officials and assures the public that its basic police duties and responsibilities in the maintenance of peace and order and public safety will not be compromised.
